Prospective authors are invited to submit complete papers of no more than 6 pages in IEEE-double column conference proceedings format. All papers will be reviewed by at least two members of Program Committee. Accepted papers will be available at IEEE Xplore. At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full workshop rate.
